Growth Marketing · Agentic AI · Web & Technical Systems

I build the systems that turn attention into customers and revenue.

I’m Mathew Tran — a growth marketer and systems builder based in Sacramento. I work across customer acquisition, agentic AI, web implementation, business operations, and e-commerce, from the ad and landing page through follow-up, attribution, and the economics underneath it.

Open to the right growth, AI, web/technical, contract, and project opportunities.

What I do

Five parts of the same job.

The strongest work happens when acquisition, the digital experience, the systems behind it, and the business model are treated as one problem instead of separate departments.

  1. Digital Marketing / Growth

Paid acquisition, campaign strategy, CRO, analytics, attribution, funnels, lifecycle, and customer economics.

  2. AI / Agentic Systems

Structured agent workflows, bounded LLM systems, orchestration, human-in-the-loop controls, automation, and real business integrations.

  3. Web / Technical Implementation

Websites, landing pages, CMS operations, Next.js builds, databases, APIs, deployment, QA/UAT, accessibility, and tracking.

  4. Business Operator

P&L, staffing, margins, vendors, customer operations, process design, capacity, and the difference between activity and a business that actually works.

  5. E-commerce

Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces, merchandising, listing optimization, PPC, conversion, fulfillment, and lifecycle.

Selected proof

Different problems. Same operating mindset.

I don’t stop at the ad, the website, or the automation.

I like understanding the whole system: how someone discovers a business, what makes them take action, where the lead goes, how the team follows up, what turns that person into a customer, and whether the economics actually work.

That perspective comes from both sides. I’ve spent years in paid media, e-commerce, CRO, analytics, and web production — and I’ve also owned and operated a real business where labor, inventory, vendors, customers, margins, and payroll all hit the same P&L.

AI / Agentic Systems

I build AI around real workflows, not demos.

My AI work is less about one-off prompting and more about designing systems where models operate inside structured business context, deterministic workflows, validation, approval gates, and real integrations.

MSS — Modular Sales System
